Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They were amazing! They brought everything!! Ropes, hand truck, dolly, etc . Very nice guys ,friendly and polite . They were very professional and fast ! I had a great experience with them and definitely I recommend ! Thank you guys!
When calling to schedule time for service I was greeted with a simple 'hello' and had to ask if this was even the moving company. The appointment time was scheduled for 10 am, however, they arrived at 1130. There was poor communication about when they would arrive causing use to have additional people, rental truck and equipment on my dollar. They did not have any dress code and could have used a belt to prevent their pants from hanging down around their ass. They knocked over an entire stack of my storage containers and dropped several of my books. In short, unprofessional, late, poor communication, and damaged my personal belongings all while costing me money on top of it all.
They were amazing, polite and fast.
